this conditioner can be used everyday, but i use it every other day with dove shampoo (intense moisture) and it still keeps my hair from being dry and limp. i don't mean to sound like a phony tv commercial but my hair *does* feel smoother and softer after using this conditioner. best of all, this conditioner (like all dove products i've tried) smells great.
