I tried this soap for the first time about 2 months ago. I just figured I would give it a try. I have been looking for a more natural alternative cleansing than just the store soaps like "dove". My baby is allergic to everything. I read about the black soap online and decided to try. Well thank goodness for this brand. My baby skin doesn't get irritated. I am an african american with combination skin a little closer to dry. I love this soap. It cleans but never feels too drying and the smell... oh my goodness so fresh. Even my finicky husband love it. We both notice a nice glow to our skin and even a brightening. I haven't had even a slight breakout with this or dry patches it seems to balance everything out. Definitely order the 12 pack best bargain. I know it is also used on the hair. I haven't tried that since I only co-wash not poo or soap. The only negative if this is really one, is if you do not put it a proper soap dish it will disentigrate quickly. I hope they never stop making this. I bought some for my mom, brother, and friends. Love it!
