I bought this at a local health food grocery store. The price was right and the ingredients were all safe, according to my pocket card for toxic ingredients in cosmetic products. I have dry, sensitive eyes and I wear contacts. I have had trouble in the past with so-called "natural" and "soothing" eye make-up remover products, and found them to be anything but that. I tried this and it felt like water,with a light, clean fragrance, and I thought,"How could this even remove eye make-up, especially mascara?", but it took it off with just a simple swipe with my cotton pad and left my eye area feeling moisturized, with no irritation whatsoever. I was thrilled to find it here and at this incredible price!
