Customer Review: not good for shorter hair

I have medium lenght hair (just a little above the shoulders) and found this curler very hard to handle. The glove, though not comfortable to handle, helps, but I still got burned a few times holding the hair close to the barrel to get a full curl, specially the back part. I even watched the videos on their website, but they didn't help much in this case.
