This is the third Medport Daily Organizer I have purchased and will continue to purchse them. I use them until I wear them out, usually after two years of daily, rugged use. They go with me to work, up in the mountains on camping and hunting trips, across the country on airlines and everywhere I go daily They are rugged and reliable. Other products I have tried were falling apart within days, regardless of the promises and testimonials. I can carry enough syringes for 3 -4 days and plenty of insulin. The only change I would recomend is in the cold pack they supply. I stumbled onto a prduct called - Techni Ice - and love it. It is available through Amazon. While there are some pros and cons in the Techni Ice reviews, I find it to be the best product in terms of use and durability. It lasts and doesn't rupture as other products have. So, The Medport Organizer is an A+++ item and the Techi Ice is what I have now used for four years.
