I was very skeptical about taking this product.. and read coutnless reviews but I must say.. Im glad that I purchased these pills. I started taking them March 14th and it is now one month later and my hair has grown about 1 1/2 inches. I havent straightened my hair since taking these.. Ive been rod setting it about every other week.. BUT my hair is growing soooo thick... that my rod sets are taking on a macy gray kinda effect.. and I love it :) I was VERY nervous because after about two weeks of taking these my hair was shedding a LOT...But i researched... to try to connect hair growth with shedding and apparently there is a direct connection...If your hair begins to shed while taking this.. dont worry just yet.. look at the strands of hair and if its coming from the root( white bulb at the end).. then you're fine. This product is accelerating the hair growth cycle.. so you have to lose old hair to make room for new hair.. ( I confirmed this with a licensed stylist). Aside from hair shedding...The smell is awful... but I do keep these in my purse. Sometimes it can be difficult to remember taking these 3 times a day.. but when i have a big pill bottle in my purse its kinda hard to forget... thus far I havent missed one :) I think this is an awesome product!! I'm a mixed girl with hair similar to that of a white person (I'm from Sweden). I can say that I had my doubts about this product. After all, I already have an excellent grade of hair. But, after reading the reviews, I decided to purchase it and try it for myself. I got it in a couple of days and immediately started using it. The directions stated to use it three times a day. I took one in the morning, afternoon and evening. I drank a full glass of water with each dose, and ate mostly fruits and vegetables. Drinking tea with it also helped me even more. Two good ones are "get growing" and "get gorgeous", both of which are sold at the Vitamin Shoppe. I noticed a crazy amount of growth, as well as fuller hair. Not to mention the even smoother texture. Now, I really have the texture of white hair! I can wash my hair and blow dry it, and it doesn't frizz up as much as it used to. I am going to reorder this product. If one bottle did this, then I wonder what the second bottle will do. I would recommend this for anyone. You never know until you try it!Customer Review: Don't Buy Save Your Money... and Your Hair!

I bought this product after reading all the reviews it recieved. I took the pills and saw the growth BUT there were concequences. If you are the type to take pills forever for your hair growth, then this product is for you. But I'm not. When I stopped taking these pills, my hair started to fall out. Looking back on it my hair was shedding and breaking from the roots for about 8 months total (less and less each month). I stared using DAX and Optimum Oil Therapy Dry Hair Healer. I put the two in a container that I can use directly on my scalp and it's been great every since. Find out what your hair type you have and educate yourself on products or natural ingredients that really work for your own scalp.

Like many, I am reluctant when hearing that a product can grow, clear, tighten or reduce anything. I was proven wrong with this product. I had about a snap's worth of hair and decided that I wanted to grow it out in November 2007. Knowing me, if I don't grow it out fast, I'll cut it off even faster. So I started taking this product almost two months ago. Now I'm not saying I have hair flowing down my back, but my hair has easily grown two inches or more since November. Further, the texture of my hair both strengthened and softened within two weeks. I purchased two more bottles yesterday and given this progress, I should be sporting a ponytail in 2009!
JULY 2008 UPDATE: I've been growing my hair since November 2007 from a short clipper cut and now my hair is nearly chin length AFTER just having an inch and a hair trim. Love this stuff!

I used this product for the 45 days and did not see any enhancment of hair growth.
this bottle only has 99mg of MSM and 300mcgs of biotin. ( the vitamin used to promote hair and nail growth) this is 100% of your daily need.( and that is only if you take the three a day as directed) There fore, it will not enhance your hair growth if you already have had decent diet of biotin and other B vitamins. Hairfinity, however, has 2500 mcgs of biotin and and 750 mgs of MSM. This will promote enhancement. Ther has been no findings of any bad side effects of taking more than 100% of your daily need of biotin.
IF you have a great diet already, i do not recommend this product. If you don't have a god diet, you should try eating better because it would be cheaper than buying these vitamins.
