After about a week of taking this vitamin, I have noticed a difference in my hair. I have a pretty good grade of hair but it wont grow. It is black and when it is wet it waves up and I am able to keep the wave look by applying mosturizer and protein styling gel. It looks healthier already and it has grown alot already. That was probably all that I needed. Someone told me that geratol grew their hair out as well. You may have to take this product for about year to have hair down your back.Customer Review: best product ever

my daughter has always longed to get beautiful long hair after 7 weeks her hair grew 6 inches. But because her hair is already long and natural not relaxed and she gets in all her fruits and vegetables and exercise speed up the process. I have been using this product for a few weeks now. I have not noticed anything new. Still have slight breakage and no noticable growth. And yes, I am active, drinkin lots of wated and watching my diet ( since that seems to be advice that most get when the poduct isnt working) I will finish my bottle and just see if I notice anything by then. Not sayin its a good or bad product. Right now, I guess I'm still waiting for some results.Customer Review: try it!

I started taking this product about 3 weeks ago and i seen a big difference!! Ive seen less breakage, and ive seen less hair in my comb when i combed it out. My hair has gotten thicker and I also noticed that it grew about an inch!! im not even kidding. I gave this one a try even though i was hesitant at first. I heard very good reviews about it. I've been taking this for 2 months because my hair is permed, but shedding quite a bit. I haven't seen any extra growth but part of my hair has better body and shine. The places where my hair was more damaged or grew slower hasn't changed much - overall, I'm still shedding. I ordered some more because I want to try a little while longer and also make sure I drink more water. If my hair isn't on my shoulders by then, I quit!
