Customer Review: Didn't work for me at all.

I have had cracked, dry heels for probably around 10 years. I have tried many different remedies to at least soften the area if not fix it altogether. Nothing helps even a little bit. This product was just another in a series of products that promised more than it could deliver. Maybe it works for people whose problem heels are not so chronic, but I would absolutely not recommend it to those looking to repair a longstanding problem such as the one I have.
It gets 2 stars rather than one because it smells ok and really works about as well as anything else. Really that's not saying much...it's just kind of an ordinary, nothing-special, lotion.
Edit:
I will say that I have found something that at least temporarily reduces the roughness. Burt's Bees makes a lemon bath oil and if you put a little bit in your bath water, you'll come out nice and smooth all over. Even those crusty heels. It's not everlasting, mind you, but it's way better than anything else I've tried.
