I've had this flat iron for about 3 years now. It is acting up a little so I think its going to die on me soon and I have been trying other flat irons just to try other makes and models and I honestly cannot find anything better than this one. My daughter has the herstyler and it pulls and snags my hair. I hate it. Not mine, this one is smooth against your hair and it does not tug. Leaves hair straight and shiny. I guess it's true what they say, "Don't fix it if it's not broken" so I guess I will keep purchasing this item when mine finally dies.
