Customer Review: Great Flat Iron, But Breaks After 1-1.5 years

I love, love, love this flat iron. It works better than any other one I've ever used. But it always breaks! I'm on my fourth one and its starting to stop working. And other people I know who use the same flat iron, have experienced the same problem. As much as I loved this straightener, I've decided to buy a different brand this time around. I just can't keep spending money on something that only lasts about a year to a year and a half. If they were able to fix this problem, I would definitely recommend this straightener.
