Hi! I just received my Nose Up in the mail. According to reviews I read online, the clips were adjustable. However, I can't figure out how to adjust anything on this thing! The package is completely in Chinese. Can anyone help me out? Right now it feels really really tight so I was wondering how to make it looser. Thanks!Customer Review: Doesn't work

Been using this for about 2 months. At least 15 minutes a day, every day. Hasn't made the bridge of my nose straighter one bit. I'll edit this review if anything changes, but thus far, I have enough evidence to conclude that this product doesn't work.Customer Review: Don't waste the money

Bought it and it doesn't work. It is painful to use, and I don't know whether this is something that should be sold for medical reasons (if it does what it claims to do than it should be under a supervision of a doctor kind of like braces).
