This is the best hair dryer I have ever used! This dryer has three temperature settings: hot, warm and cool which is different from previous hair dryers I have owned that only have Hot or Cold. Warm is perfect to dry hair...you don't feel like you are burning your scalp with that setting and the Cool Shot is great for finishing the job! I would highly recommend this hair dryer to anyone who has been frustrated with a dryer that is either too hot or too cold.
