I bought this Wigo Jade flat iron knowing I could have spent my money on a famed Chi flat iron instead, but I decided to take a chance. I can't believe I wasted my money. I have long, thin, wavy hair, and this flat iron does nothing to help it straighten. I live in Houston, Texas, and as soon as i step out of the door, my hair frizzes and it looks like i didn't spend 30 minutes straightening it. this flat iron has also completely ruined my hair- my stylist said it is completely burned and i shouldn't straighten it for a while. i used thermal protectors (bed head) and still, my hair is damaged for a long time. NOT a good buy, especially for the ridiculous price. GO BUY A CHI INSTEAD!
