First of I just love how this serum is so versatile I use it directly on my scalp & skin when I'm in a hurry, but I usually mix it with my favorite night & day face cream & body cream which I found that it enhances the potency of my favorite products. Another way I also use it is mixing it with coconut oil & just putting it alover my scalp & hair then I put a cap on and leave it through the whole night. Then just wash it off & wallah! you have very soft and manageble hair. Even my boyfriend noticed and he hardly ever notices anything so it was such a huge big deal to me. The consistency is watery and runny, nut not that much. If you are looking for a thicker consistensy this is not it. When buying the 8oz bottle you get bottles covered with their bottle caps & aside the pumps. So you can choose to pour it straight from the bottle or just use the pumps that come with it. The custumer service is great even though it takes a while for them to respond, but I understand that I am not the only one trying to contact them for something. I contacted them when my package did not arrive on the date it stated. The seller responded back saying that the post office was contacted & the problem will be fixed as soon as possible. Having no luck the seller said that they will refund my money, but luckly for me my neighbors had taken it because some kids were getting close to my package, but at last I got it. I apoligized to the seller for the misunderstanding. The seller was patient with me & tried to make me the customer happy so what is there to lose? If this is your first time using this serum I recommend buying the 2oz bottle one. We are all different & not everyone will like it or maybe even work for them, but I doubt it.
