I wish I could return it, I think I might after reading the return policy. I was very excited to get the straightener, of course I, like most of you, came across it at the mall. I have done my hair twice at the mall and I remember feeling my soft, straight hair. I bought the product through amazon hoping for the same effect but it was nothing like that. Right after I received my product I straightened my hair, It felt sticky and towards the end it was sort of pulling my hair, how should I explain this... like when you straighten your hair with any regular straightener sometimes it does this static-ruining-your-hair type of feeling. And then I thought I should wash my hair for it to not be sticky/oily feel, and when I did so It still felt sticky.
I was truly disappointed. Maybe it's because its already a used product and stated "new" but clearly already used, the straightener worked like that. My roommate, who went with me to the mall and tried the straightener right after I got it delivered from amazon, didn't like it either. She felt bad because I was looking forward to a better straightener. I own many many straighteners and this was another disappointment. =(
