This is the worst piece of garbage I ever purchased on Amazon. I had a problem with Igia on a similar product years ago and should have heeded the adage - "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...". There's a reason that the shipping cost is as much as the product itself. The enclosed instructions don't even show all the parts (particularly the ones that don't work), the product requires a ridiculous amount of repeated pumping to move the color into the bristles and it's a sloppy mess once it does finally start to come out. I had to dismantle the brush mid-coloring and mix a new batch of haircolor because it's impossible to get the color out of the brush once it's in the handle. You would have more success training a chimp to color your hair with a garden rake than to make this thing work as advertised. I gave it one star because the product came very quickly -- my bad luck!
