What a classic. This is a leave-in hair conditioning product that leaves your hair very soft - if you use it correctly. Despite what the directions say, I would not start out by trying this on dry hair. A lot of people complain that this product makes their hair "sticky" or "straw-like," but in my experience that only happens when you apply to dry hair. When I use this product, I shampoo my hair and then I do NOT condition. I gently squeeze the excess water out of my hair into a towel. I pour a small amount of Infusium 23 into my palm, being very careful because it is very watery, and then rub between my palms to spread it around. Then I rub my hands into the most damaged sections of my hair first, working the product in. I do this 1-2 more times (the amount will vary by person) . Finally, I brush my hair thorougly to further spread the product. When my hair dries it is incredibly soft and silky feeling.
