This is my second ISO flat iron. I've had the first one almost 2 years and very happy with it (it's the Turbo Pro) so I thought I'd buy another before it gives out. However, it does not have a temperature control as described: "Temperature Control 100 To 400 Degrees"! I looked throrougly through the flat irons before making my decision so I was very disappointed when I received my iron without the temperature control.
It's not hot enough to go through my thick hair. I'm not returning it because I paid less than $20 bucks. Amazon needs to change the description of the product.
