I have been using this product for over two weeks now and I have been really disappointed. I was hoping for the results everyone was raving about. My hair is really long down my back ... the problems I experienced were dry hair at the nape and down to the ends. My roots of course are oily therefore I wash my hair often. I was really disappointed in this product as all I really wanted was something that would keep my hair hydrated and soft and silky, however, what I got when using this product was dull, stiff hair ... of course I combed out the knots but it still did not give me the hair I wanted. I always only wash my hair at the roots and condition my hair from nape down. Then on damp hair, I would use the Leave in "its a 10" product on the nape and down to the ends. No results worth ranting about except that I think the smell is great.
Either I misunderstood the product's purpose or I simply did not know how to use it or maybe ... its just not for me. I am 100% asian with long dark hair ... of all people, I thought it could work for me. I guess not. I hope this helps anyone looking at this product. I will continue to look for something for my hair.

I stumbled on this while dropping into a store looking for a refill on Moroccan oil, and was too busy to make another trip to find the oil. I've used Moroccan oil for several months with inconsistent results. It does well, but sometimes weights my hair down too much. I have thick, coarse hair that I color, straighten, and overall just give it a healthy dose of abuse. I didn't have high hopes for this product as I'd never heard of it, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It does a great job of smoothing my hair, works amazing in connection with a flat iron, is very easy to apply, doesn't weigh down my hair, and, after having used 1/2 bottle so far, the results have been entirely consistent, day after day, even when traveling to different cities with different climates. It works great on my 7 year old too, I don't use it on her every day, but have used when we've been on vacation and she didn't want a full conditioning in between pool swims (she has very long hair and needs conditioning to brush it). I have very unruly and dry curly hair. Thanks to years of blow drying and flat ironing, as well as experimenting with hair color, I have pretty much fried my hair. I recently decided to give up the blow dryer and flat iron and have been trying to wear my hair in it's natural state. I had been using Tresemme' Flawless Curls Curl Hydration lotion but I found that it kind of made my hair look dull and didn't really moisturize that well, I've also tried various Frizz Eaze serums but found that they weighed my hair down too much. So, after reading all the great reviews here about It's A 10 Miracle Leave In, I decided it was worth a shot. I'm so glad I tried it because I LOVE this stuff! I mist it on damp hair and then scrunch in some gel or mousse over it and end up with awesome, shiny, bouncy curls! My hair still isn't 100% repaired (and it won't be unless I cut it) but it definitely feels a million times softer and looks super shiny to boot!Customer Review: Effects Do Not Last

I have used this product for a couple of months now. I picked up the shampoo, conditioner, this spray and the masque. Beyond anything I loved them. I finally had what I call "normal people" hair instead of my frizzy, wavy, out of control mess that I was blessed with. After about 5 weeks this stopped working as it had, even when I used the flat iron my hair was frizzing and not looking so good. The last few times I used it, I just ended up looking fried on the ends and greasy towards the roots. Maybe after giving my hair a break the products will start working again (as this is to expensive to throw out if I can help it) For now, I picked up some very inexpensive Sauve Professional ... spent $11 total on the shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner and flat iron spray and my hair looks, smells and feels amazing. I've got bad hair. really curly and fine. I also color my hair now and I'm getting older, so my hair is naturally drier. My daughter's stylist recommended this product and talked me into buying it. I couldn't believe it. It actually worked. I've tried Bed Head, Chi Iron Guard, Rusk Shine spray, and everything else. Nothing really worked. I don't use this when my hair is wet. I don't want to weigh my hair down. After I've dried my hair, I spray my hair lightly. I have long hair and I literally do 2-3 sprays, about 6-8 inches away. I then use the flat iron and I'm telling you, the frizz is gone. If you are a person who washes every other day, don't worry, your hair won't be greasy or gummy on day two. It's hard to impress me with a hair product. This impresses me.
