Customer Review: Don't waste your money, the bulbs don't last a week

Had it for a week, used it THREE times...after that the lights won't go on. I completely understand how to operate the on/off, it's not that, the bulbs literally fail after just a few uses just like most of the other customer feedback say they do. It WILL be complicated if you try to replace the bulbs. It's not just open it up with a philips screwdriver and replace them with bulbs bought at the local hardware shop, nope. One review says an electrician is required. I don't know, I'm not going to try and incur more costs than I'm already in for. I just know that I can't do it myself.Customer Review: I Love it !!!

I have been using the same lighted makeup mirror since I was a teen. The mirror was getting distorted and getting black spots plus the lighting was not as bright as it used to be. After putting on my mascara I would need to put on glasses and use a Q tip to get the mascara off of my eyelid. Sometimes only half (1 side) would light so I decided its time to buy a new one. I purchased this one and I just Love it !!! It has a nice bright light and the mirror is also great. I no longer have to use my glasses because I can see when applying my mascara. I definately recomend this product.Customer Review: Works great!

I'm speaking on behalf my girlfriend because I bought this as a birthday gift for her. She has wanted a lighted mirror forever. Actually, she'd rather have a lighted vanity if she could. But for my price range, this is what I bought based on customer reviews. She's very much into her make-up, and doing tutorials on youtube. So she definitely needed something of a professional grade. She's used it every day since her birthday, and loves it. The only complaint she has had is that the stand could be better. The backing can be a bit flimsy. This is my 2nd mirror of this style. The first 1 I had was a different brand and I had it for at least 5 yrs. then the light bulb went out and its very hard to replace it. So I bought a new one Jerdon brand, loved it too but the light bulb died after 6 months of regular use (in the AM when I'm getting ready for work and in PM when I'm cleaning my face b4 bed) I'm so disappointed. I don't know if i will buy this brand name again.
I cave and bought another Jerdon mirror, I hope this one will last longer than my 2nd one at least couple of yrs longer and I would be happy.

Dispite all of the negative reviews I gleefully purchased this item for my better half. She loves it and when we plugged it into the wall socket turned the on-off switch to the on position the light came on without any hesitation and illumimsted her facial area to the fullest extent so that she could apply her war paint without any use of flashlights. Though I did not get any green stamps with my purchase I still very highly endorse this product. Buy it and U VILL LIKE IT!
