This is the 2nd mirror of this type I have bought for my home. The mirror functions just fine the problem is 1. after opening the mounting bracket I discovered that the studs that hold the mirror the the face plate were both stripped, nuts were run down to tight I guess. 2. the mirror arm that swings out was also mounted on the plate crocked, you have to look closely to notice but it's still a bummer.
Conclusion: I think that this mirror is a SECOND that's why it's on sale.
I wouldn't buy this brand again.
