Customer Review: Great mirror but...

I received the mirror and was excited to install it. When I attempted the remove the screws that held the mirror to the mount, one of them was so tight that the screw head actually snapped off the screw and was stuck in the plate. I then had to drill the head out and find a replacement screw that would fit. It was a pain, but once accomplished, I installed the mirror. I really like it, although it only swings back against the wall one way - the other way gets too tight and will not work. I hope the manufacturer reads this and informs the factory as the product can easily be improved.
