Customer Review: Didn't buy for cosmetic purposes.

Bought this item and a 15 X mirror to for other purposes than to look at my face or skin.
Also looking to find a 30X and a 20 X size too. So far only lighted versions of the 20X and that won't do. Also like these on adjustable stands. I'm not going to tell you what I do with them:)))) Shhhh it's a secret. Really it is something of a proprietory secret. However as far as if I were to use one for cosmetic or skin examination.....they are both useful for that. And though the larger they come the smaller they are....this one has a decent reflection without shadowing and that's important in my work. No halo either. You see what you see and sharp. If your eye sight isn't what it used to be perhaps these would help out. I'm not sure they do. I have cosmetic mirrors that are cheaper and larger than these and they come in handy for cutting my own hair or touching up a cut or giving myself a trim. Don't like hair dressers as no one seems to know how to cut my curly locks right....almost always cutting it too short on top and then it curls up and is much shorter than they expected. I do warn...it's now much easier to just cut it myself. Get this mirror if you have realistic expectations of small not tiny and magnifies your skin and it's flaws huge. Can be something of a shock. Mine are tucked away neatly in their storage sleeves to keep from getting scratched as that would upset the needs I have for them. No I'm not making a night telescope..though that would be fun too. I go caving but never been called cavemom to Cavemom...do you cave? Just curious....
