This is one of the first perfumes launched by Kenzo and it is also one of the best. It was originally called Kenzo de Kenzo but somewhere along the line it was renamed Ca Sent Beau. Anyway, about the juice, it is a heady, lush, fruity floral with tuberose being the most pronounced among the orange blossom, lily of the valley, and carnation. There is supposed to be mandarin but I cannot single it out. Maybe the way it blends with the flowers it creates a sort of peachy scent. The slightly green scent of lily of the valley, the spiciness of carnation combined with the base notes of amber and patchouli keep this perfume from going off the rails into a headache-inducing ultra sweet "granny" fragrance. Ca Sent Beau draws compliments when I wear it but people seem surprised when I tell them it's by Kenzo. I guess the popularity of Flower and Summer makes people expect something more powdery. I hate Flower and Summer by the way.
