First, let me say that although I buy most of my beauty products from Amazon, I did not buy this product from Amazon. This was because the transit time from the Amazon vendor was ridiculous. I bought the product thru a different website. Regardless, I had high hopes for this product after reading countless positive reviews on line. For me, it did not work at all! My hair shows no improvement whatsoever. And honestly, my hair was not severely damaged - I would say moderately damaged. I could have bought a cheap conditioner and got the same results. I am very disappointed!
