I have used L'Occitane's hand cream for many years and love it because my skin is very fair and takes quite a beating, especially during the winter months. By far, in the past, this particular hand cream had been the most soothing and effective for my hands. I was very disappointed when I used this year's product. It it not as thick and soothing as it had been in the past, and feels and looks far more like a 'lotion' than a cream.
It is still good and the scent is soft but beautiful, so it is not a total loss. However, it is no longer that ultimate rich 'go-to' cream that I used in the past to nurture and soothe dry winter skin.
I hope L'Occitane will return to manufacturing its hand cream the way it did in the past; that was the best ever, and I use fine skin care products and nothing could compare to the healing properties of l'Occitane's hand cream of years' past.
