I purchased this with the La Roache-Posay Creamy Cleanser after reading positive reviews. I have sensitive skin, it tends to be dry and break-out prone. I run a lot, so my skin suffers from sun exposure and sweat. I have loved the cleanser, it is a little drying, but reasonable. The astringent doesn't seem to be drying or harsh, but I leaves a film on my skin that I don't like at all. I haven't continued to use it because of this, so I don't know how effective it is.
