Maybe I didn't read the description carefully enough, but it was much, much smaller than I had hoped it would be. 5 or 5 1/2 inches isn't very much to work with when you're putting on your makeup. The seller was most gracious in giving me a refund and there was no problem with that at all. Of course, I had to pay over $12.00 in shipping back and forth.

Glass area of mirror is 5.5 inches wide on both sides. Mirror and Frame are 7.5 inches wide. Mirror can be removed from acrylic stand. Can be wall hung or used on dresser. Extremely nice mirror with no distortion. Very high magnification for applying makeup.. etc.Makeup Mirrors
