Customer Review: Not what I had hoped

First, let me say, I was very excited about the idea of this product. I am not one of those girls that likes to spend half of her day in the bathroom touching up her makeup. I like to put it on in the morning and go. I may apply powder in the late afternoon but that's about it. Hearing about this sort of "hair spray" for your makeup was a great concept to me. I applied it right after I put my makeup on in the morning and it was a little tacky (as I expected) until it dried.
By noon, my face was super shiny as usual. I sprayed some more of this stuff on and patted my face to remove the oil like another reviewer had suggested. I have to say, I didn't notice any difference in the staying power of my makeup. I do have oily skin so maybe this just isn't right for me?
When I washed my face that night, the same amount of makeup came off as normal. After using this for about a week, my face started to break out really bad. I hadn't made any changes to my skin care routine and that wasn't normal for me so I have to assume that the addition of this mist was what caused it. This product may work great for some folks but, sadly, I am not one of those people.
