I have had really positive results with this product. I have very fair, sensitive skin which is very oily in the T zone and was mainly trying to address some blackheads and uneven skin tone around my nose and chin. I have only used drugstore scrubs for exfoliation before, but this is by far a better solution. I had extremely smooth and bright skin even after the first use. A lot of the clogged pores are gone and I do notice a more even tone. I didn't realize how dull my skin was before. I now use the scrub regularly at least 1 time a week to maintain the results, and will definitely re-order when I run out. I tried the 'step two' moisturizer they sell with the refinish cream, but in my opinion, it is nothing special. You can probably use any moisturizer, but to be safe, something that is fragrance free.
