It's green. That and of itself helps redness.
My skin is normal and it goes on fairly greasy. It feels thick and oily and when I first put it on, it feels greasy, but in about 10 minutes it soaks in nicer and much better than I expected. It's firming and works well as a night cream. I wouldn't use it during the day though. It's very mild on the skin. Has never bothered my eyes or made them water, so that is a big plus.
