The description (on this site) of this product is slightly misleading, because it is not exclusively for dry hair - it's made to be used on hair when it's dry, as opposed to using it on wet hair.
That said, I have to say that this might be the single most important hair product I have ever purchased for my curly hair! It truly does exactly as promised - spray it on dull, limp curls, scrunch, and they bounce back to beautiful, curly fullness! It also leaves a beautiful shine and a durable, yet touchable hold.
