This has as good hold as most gels but doesn't make your hair feel as stiff and uncomfortable as alot of gels. It works well with wet or dry hair. I have my haircut pretty short this stuff works great, I tried alot of different waxs and gels and I like this one the best. I hope matrix keeps making this product because it works better than the higher priced waxs and gels out there.
