Ancient Chinese secret, huh? Yup! Before I shower I grab this brush and stroke upward toward my heart along my arms, legs stomach and back. Circulation starts to flow better and all the dead dry skin is left behind as I step into my shower to scrub up. When I get out I moisturize and feel like silk. LOVE THIS!
