I'm a big fan of MicaBella's eyeshadows, which are both long-lasting and lovely. They're lightweight and blend very well, and the darker colours can also be used as great eyeliner with the proper tools. I have several colours I use all the time for a natural, everyday look, and I get a lot of compliments.

The downside is they tend to be extremely expensive, and I don't think they necessarily warrant their comparitively large price tag, so keep an eye out for sales. I buy them when I can because they are well made, and I have sensitive skin that reacts painfully to cheap makeup. But do yourself a favour; if you can, buy online and spare yourself the extremely pushy saleswomen who tend to push this product at the mall who seem to take "no thank you" as a challenge and will really try to heap expensive products on you.
