I just paid $14.00 for this exact same brush at my hairdressers .. for the second time! Except this time my receipt happened to tell the name of the brush! I purchased the 2nd brush to place with my travel things because I forgot it last time and was SO sorry! I have a shorter hairstyle with the lower sides and lower back that are meant to be smooth. My hair tends to be just slightly curly/wavy .. this brush is a miracle in smoothing as I dry this area! I just put in my styling gel .. brush that area into place .. then use the hair dryer with this brush to dry the area .. it ends up nice and smooth! I had tried another boar brush with what I though was a similar configuration (after watching my hairdresser) that did not work NEAR as well as this brush for smoothing short curly hair .. this one works GREAT! Just for the heck of it I decided to google now that I knew the name of the brush .. trust me .. I'll never again pay $14 for this brush! I pretty much always find the best prices at Amazon!
