This product from Payless Beauty is $20 cheaper than retail. Not sure if I would have purchased this if I had to spend $60 because I already bought one a few years ago for full price and wasn't able to use it all before the expiration date. I absolutely love this stuff...I feel like it works right away and also seems to calm down and stop oncoming acne from getting worse. It certainly helps lighten the constellations of acne scars on my chin.

What it is:A 2% hydroquinone skin lightening treatment gel.
What it is formulated to do:

This unique formula helps fade unwanted discoloration caused by breakouts or freckles by improving skin clarity two ways. First, hydroquinone lightens hyper-pigmented areas, while Alpha-Hydroxy Acids exfoliate damaged cells. Then Licorice and Allantoin work to alleviate irritation and inflammations, improving skin's clarity.
