Ok, so if you have thin and frizzy hair you know nothing's going to genetically change their nature. But as much as you can expect from a conditioner it does a good job - hair is fuller, preserves volume better, has a healthier color and shine, lasting longer. I found that the best effect is on the NEXT day, unless you really go drown it with product. Also it works the same way whether you use their shampoo or not so I don't think you should bother with that.
