I am a transplant patient. My medication increases my sensitivity to sunburns. I am and have always been an outdoor person active in outdoor sports; sailing, flying planes, fishing, and surfing. Before I could use blocks by Bull Frog, other well known brands or even J&J's baby stuff and not get burned. Not anymore. Only the Neutrogena SPF45 prevents redness or burning for an entire day. Keep in mind I'm an active outdoor person in Nor Calif. I race on sailboats year round and can be on the water for 4-8 hours at a time with no shade. Great stuff! For me it works but I do believe you have to find the right sunblock mfg and SPF rating for your skin.
