Customer Review: Wow, where has this been all my life?

First of all, I want to clarify that this for the Neutrogena T/SAL shampoo as pictured here...it is labeled as a T/Gel variety but what you will receive is the T/Sal.
Here is a little back story on how I came to use this product: (skip right to the *** to read only about this product)
I have had scalp issues since I was a teenager, and they seem to be getting worse with age. My scalp is SO oily, even with daily shampooing. I could shampoo twice a day and still look greasy. Sadly, this has done a number on the rest of my hair, which is like hay. Plus each evening, I would inevitably notice a greasy scalp smell on my head, maybe 12 hours after shampooing. I just thought this was ridiculous. I mean, I am 33 years old, not a teenager. What the heck is going on with my oil glands? And why doesn't the oil distribute to the rest of my hair like normal people?
A few months ago I finally decided that I need to find something to address this problem. I Googled my symptoms and determined that I must have seborrheic dermatitis. So, I purchased the Neutrogena T gel with coal tar in it. Wow, what a difference! Just a tiny dab on my scalp, once or twice a week...my hair actually started to have some shine to it! And I started losing a lot less hair with each wash. I honestly think my hair is probably 25% thicker than it was before I started using it. My hair quality was so poor that I had to keep it short, to my shoulders max. Since I started using the Tgel, I can actually let my hair grow a little longer. The only problem is this shampoo smells terrible, like a fresh driveway, and I still got that oily scalp smell at the end of the day.
***Enter Neutrogena T/Sal Shampoo...this stuff has a very mild scent, lathers up nice...you only need a small amount. FINALLY! No more stinky scalp! And it makes your hair super soft and shiny too! This stuff is like a miracle to me. I have been using it about 3 times a week, alternating with the TGel Coal Tar shampoo. I always follow the Neutrogena with some regular shampoo to quell the strange shampoo odor.
If you have itchy, oily, stinky scalp, definitely give this a try! You won't be disappointed! It might seem pricey, but a little bit goes a super long way. Honestly I would spend a lot more if necessary for these results.
