The product was intact, which was great considering it was shipped in a bubble-envelope. I'd recommend the product; it works. I will say though that I've reveived and sent a LOT of FedEx-style mailings and never have I stuck the peel-off tape-paper strip into the envelope I was sending, nor had I previously received one. I know it's not a big deal at all, but I was suprised that Cosmetic Solutions would send me a little bit of garbage along with the product I'd bought from them - price and product being the same, I'd buy from a different vendor next time.
