I'm a nurse ad I recently used this product for arm and shoulder pain, in conjunction with other therapies, and found that it helped relieve my pain. I liked that the cream didn't make me feel greasy and it didn't smell bad. It is important to use as directed, as I found that if I skipped a "dose" it didn't work as well. While I am not pain free, I did feel that this cream helped decrease my discomfort. I would recommend trying it.
