As always OPI quality doesn't disappoint. What I have a hard time with is choosing just one color from so many!
Depending on my mood and/or the situation, I'll wear everything from the barest of pinks to the dark purples, browns, etc. That being said I have bought a few of them, both dark and light, where my first thought after trying it for the first time has been ugh!! but then i keep wearing them because they arent cheap and I cant bring myself to get rid of them.
This is a classic dark red. No orange or pink undertones. Apply two coats for the perfect look and you really can wear it anywhere. You also dont need really long nails to carry it off well. I always wear polish to keep my nails from splitting and breaking, but its been awhile since my eyes kept getting drawn back to my hands. It really is a universally flattering color.
The online colors are never accurate, so i'll compare it to some other Opi colors
much less dark purple undertones than "Mrs O'Leary's BBQ"
much less orange and shimmery than "An Affair in Red Square"
much less brown than "Suzi loves Sidney"
Give it a try, you really wont be sorry. It also touches up very easily and you can barely see it. This isnt a reflection on the nailpolish, I just never let it dry long enough, and im really rough on my hands.
