Last week I spent two days in the sun using plenty of sunscreen and then on the third day I only applied it once at the beginning of the day. The result was a major sunburn on my forehead, chest and shoulders. Peeling is not an attractive look, so I bought some of this gel and applied it every few hours to the affected areas for the next few days and guess what: no more sun burn and no peeling and I even retained some color so that I looked tan and not burnt. I also took a bunch of aspirin to deal with the inflammation. Between those two solutions, I recovered from my burns faster and didn't peel, which is exactly what I needed. Great product!
