Ocean Gel works amazingly well. I've been using it for about a year now and it's never failed me.
It's the first thing I reach for whenever I have sore, irritated skin from blowing my nose frequently. It doesn't feel or look greasy. It soothes the skin immediately and keeps it from getting more chapped. Regular lotion can burn on chapped skin - this just feels wonderfully cool when you spread it on.
