Customer Review: Blade head won't stay on... UPDATE

Recently purchased these clippers online with high hopes. The carrying case is a nice addition. I removed the clippers and was surprised at the weight, and how good they felt. I was expecting something lighter and with a plastic feel, but I was surprised, they felt solid and a good weight for me. I charged them for about 2 hours before using them with the cord attached. I popped off the smaller of the 2 blades that came attached, to see how the interchangeable blade heads worked. I attempted to reattach the head and was unable to get it to stay firmly attached. I tried the larger of the heads and had the same issue. I played with them for about 30 mins and was unable to get the head firmly attached. As advertised the clippers have 5 settings per head and I was able to get the blades to stay somewhat attached if I was using the shortest setting but when using one of the longer settings the blade head would fall off if turned upside down. They also fell of sometimes just with the vibration of the clippers. I was able to cut my hair but had to keep the blades firmly pressed against my head and was unable to cut in some directions if I had to hold upside down.
I did really like the fading ability of these clippers and was able to give myself the best fade yet while using the adjustable settings.
I will try to play with them more tomorrow and see if I missed something. If I can fix the issue these will be great clippers, if not they are basically useless.
Oh, and the instructions are worthless, about 4 pages on charging and 1 on blade removal, which only shows 2 pictures and no description.
UPDATE:
I returned the unit to the manufacturer and was shipped a new unit in about a week. The returns department was a pleasure to work with and the new unit works GREAT!!! I can give myself a quick and good looking fade in no time. Did find out you need to charge and discharge a few times before the clippers will hold a good charge, the instructions say the same thing. I would buy this product again and will recommend to anyone wanting a medium grade "do it yourself" clipper.
