Customer Review: Waste of money, time and just a disappointment

Purchased the curl confidence after seeing the commercial on tv. I am always looking for the magic product that will make my curls look like right out from the shower. Well not only was curl confidence NOT the product, it smelled awful! The first product that you are supposed to use as a "leave in" conditioner is similar to the hair cholesterol, and smelled like it too. Only difference was the price and label. Then it was suggested to put in a thin gel like product in sections, with a "rake and shake" motion. Well after all the raking and shaking, my hair was more of a poof ball than a nice curls that were defined then anything else. My suggestion, stick to the cheaper products that you can buy in the store, I like the Treseme bouncy curls that you can get 3 for $10 when they are on sale. OH and buyer beware... as soon as you enter credit card info on their website, they consider your order complete even if you don't hit confirm. They sent me 2 orders because I decided to change my order! When I decided to return it, they gave me all kinds of hassle and the customer service reps refuse to put on the managers, I had to hang up on 2 of them until 1 of them would finally give me an official manager! Will I get credited back my money.... time will tell.
