Long-lasting olive oil-based soap without a lot of additives with a minty smell which leaves you tingling; like others have said, it's the only soap I use, and I've used it for over 30 years. You have to treat it a little differently than other soaps because it comes in concentrated form. Dilute,and use it sparingly, or you may suffer "tender bit burn" as others have said. I use it, well diluted on my healed piercings with no problem.Customer Review: Great product

I've been using Dr. Bronner peppermint soap for over 25 years. This is a good price for a gallon - it is NOT cheap by any means, but is better than buying retail at any size. I use the gallon and fill smaller bottles. You can also make the product last longer by diluting with a little water. I love the peppermint soap best, though there are other "flavors". It smells so good, and feels VERY clean - no soapy residue. Love it.Customer Review: 15 years of loving this soap

Fifteen years ago I bought Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap to take with me on a 6-month hike of the Appalachian Trail. I used it as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap...and it is great. Since then it's been the only body soap I use. The gallon lasts forever - I just use it to refill the small bottle I bought 15 years ago (how nice not to keep discarding packaging.) I've been using and bragging about this stuff for 24 years. I pour a quarter of the soap into a dollar store/Walmart spray bottle, the rest I fill with water. I use this to shower head to toe, with plenty of lather to spare. When my child was an infant, I used Almond Oil soap on him. Now he uses peppermint, too. I only buy it by the gallon, and one gallon lasts us a year, using the spray bottle method.Customer Review: Greatest skin care product in the world!

I have been using Dr. Bronner's pure castile soap for years to shower and shave. My skin literally glows after a shave and my body feels fresh, clean and tingly. I still love the peppermint soap the best although I would rate the eucalyptus a close second. Dr. Bronner's has been producing high quality products for as long as I can remember (I started using them back in the 70's). Totally awesome product!
