It works.
How? I don't know. I've taken many other supplements for years - Vitamin B-12, E, Fish Oil, Biotin, MSM, etc...
This one tiny pill is like hair crack. I don't know WHAT is in them. I have yet to ask someone that has tried them in a Sephora/Pure Beauty, etc. when I go to refill, that doesnt proclaim their successes.
I was hesitant to spend $50 on a bottle initially, but it is a 2-month supply, and I can justify $25/month for these supplements.
I wore acryclic nails for years. I decided to go natural and remove them. Needless to say, they were thin, brittle, and gross looking. After 3 weeks, my nails had grown faster, stronger, and longer. After about 45 days, they looked picture perfect. I loved the "hardness" of acrylics...my nails are now strong enough (without being unhealthy) to endure my lack of nail protection.
Hair: It works. Give it 3-4 months for results. I've been taking them almost a year now. I previously averaged about 1/4-1/2 inch of new growth between 6-9 week touchups. Now I average 1/2-1 inch, sometimes more in the crown, where my hair grows fastest. The hair is softer, stronger, and healthier.
I take them first thing in the morning, with a swallow of water. This created a noticiable difference, without any other changes to my routine, diet, hair care regimine, etc.
And every time I try to cut them out...I go back to them...
BTW, I didnt notice that it did anything special about my skin.
