Hair Type: Long, fine (not thin), color-treated. Easy breakage, split-ends, and falling out.
I decided to purchase these supplements because I've grown fond of my long hair, but it hasn't been looking healthy and it has been falling out at an alarming rate.
Two weeks in, my nails were quite long and my mother commented on how gleaming my hair looked (not knowing I'm taking Phyto).
One month in, my hair was bouncier and noticeably healthier. No more breakage and definitely less hair on my brush and clothing.
Two months in, I'm hooked! Everyone keeps complimenting my lustrous long hair. Once my hair gets to a certain length, it halts. But it has grown at least 2 inches of thicker hair. I wish I could say that my eyelashes have been affected, but they haven't. Nails, eyebrows, and upper lip (albeit blonde) have, though!
At the end of the day, this is a potent multi-vitamin. People will be affected in different ways! I made sure to take the pills as directed (first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a full glass of water). This obviously helps absorption. I've had zero negative side effects.

I've been taking these vitamins for over a month and I'm so happy that it's giving me results. My normal hair growth rate is extremely slow (barely 3 inches in 8 months), but after taking these for 7-ish weeks I've noticed at least 1 inch of new growth, which is a great feat for me. The thin baby hairs around my hairline had always been breaking off before, but now they're growing out much faster/easier. My short Asian eyelashes has also grown longer, as well as new growth in my "dead" eyebrow spots that had been over-plucked over the years. I can't say that it increased any hair thickness, but again, I'm barely two months in.
The only complaint, like some of the previous reviews, is that it makes my leg hairs grow faster, too... but it's totally worth it.
The capsules are easy to swallow and tastes like chocolate candy.

My nails have been paper-thin as long as I can remember. They were always tearing into the nail bed. I bought a bottle of Phyto Phytophanere at a beauty salon and have taken half of the bottle so far (two a day). I am astounded at the difference in my nails already! They are hard and are growing long. They do not bend or tear like they always did before. My nail bed is now pink and healthy looking. I am giving this product a four instead of a five because I cannot tell what effect it is having on my hair....(and it is advertised as being for hair also). It is also very expensive...and I hope its price drops in the future. It is advertised as a two month treatment, which confuses me a little. I do not understand how it works after one is no longer taking the pills. Will find out after my bottle is gone.Customer Review: Works wonders! Hair looks shinier and healthier!

I bought this product because my hair was so damaged from doing the Japanese hair straightening about 6 YEARS ago! After doing the straightening, my hair grew out frizzy and was always damaged. I thought that my damaged hair would eventually grow out...but cut after cut after cut, my hair was still growing out frizzy and damaged looking. I realized I needed something to promote healthy hair growth from the roots. I did my research and decided to buy these pills. After just one bottle, I am a believer! My hair looks back to normal again! It looks shiny, smooth, and healthy! I am very happy with this purchase and will be buying more.Customer Review: Just what I was looking for!!

Im an african mid-20s...Ive never had any problem growing my hair (past my collar bone) but it became thin at the ends and my stylist gave me a bob (so sad!). my hair was only as long as the hairline on the back of my neck when i started taking phyto supplements. Within 5-6 weeks my hair has grown so much it now covers the back of my neck completely..over an 1.5 inches of growth AFTER it was trimmed. Plus, my hair is thicker and naturally shinier after each retouch, and my nails are stronger too. One side note, I do shave my legs and armpits more now too..but its totally worth it! Worth every penny again and again!
